1. The FRAMEWORK OF REFERENCE
The initiative (the"Initiative") is organized by FCA Italy spa (hereinafter the "FCA") through the services provided by Amazon EU S. à r.l. and will allow the Customer (as defined below) to purchase a “Welcome Kit” – as defined below – where you can also enjoy a discount in the purchase of a limited selection of brand vehicles [Fiat] from the sales network authorized Italian of the FCA (the "Dealers").
The Initiative is not combinable with other promotional activities of sales, customer facing FCA except to the promotions fund of FCA Bank S. p.a To..

2. DEFINITIONS
"Customer ": the Customer that subscribes to the event by selecting the Car on the Amazon site.it by the purchase of a Welcome Kit.
"Code" means the unique code that identifies the selection made by the Customer in the context of the Initiative, and which allows them to take advantage of a discount on the price of the Car at the time of purchase of this Car at the Dealer chosen by the Client. A reproduction of the Code is present inside the Welcome Kit.
"Confirmation order": the code Amazon confirming the purchase of a Welcome Kit. This "order Confirmation" is sent to each Customer via email within 24 hours from the purchase of the Welcome Kit. .
"Welcome Kit" means the product sold by Amazon in collaboration with the FCA which contains a product of merchandising, the brochure of the Car, and the reproduction of a Code.
"Car": A specific configuration of Car brand Fiat, which the Customer can select in the framework of the Initiative on the Amazon site.it by choosing to but not limited to: the engine, the layout, the colors and the options.

3. The REFERENCE PERIOD
3.1 The Welcome Kit are available for sale from November 18, 2016. The sale will end on 18 April 2017. The commercial offers can be renewed every month.
3.2 The Code, after 30 days from receipt of the order Confirmation by the Customer, can no longer be used. In this case, the cost of the Welcome Kit will not be reimbursed by FCA, and not even from the Dealership.
3.3 the FCA and the Dealership does not repay the price of the Welcome Kit in the event that the purchase of the Car could not be tuned to circumstances and/or events not imputable to the same. For example, reports: disapproval of the requested loan by the Customer on the purchase of the Car.
3.4 If the Customer does not proceed with the purchase of the Car, the latter may require Amazon to refund the price of the Welcome Kit, following the instructions on the Amazon website. Such a request must be sent to Amazon by the Customer within 30 days from the date on which the Code could not be used in any title, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

4. Terms OF USE CODE
4.1 All Customers, having the characteristics described above, will have the possibility to use, under the Initiative of the discount referred to the Car that you selected on the Amazon site.en, within 30 days from the date of Confirmation
order that will be notified by Amazon by sending an e-mail. Duplication and/or alteration of the Code is strictly prohibited.
4.2 The Customer, after purchase of the Welcome Kit, you will receive an email from Amazon with the indication of the Confirmation order.
4.3 subsequent to the purchase of the Welcome Kit to the Customer, Amazon will contact the latter in order to, among others, to collect the identifying data of that Customer, support in the choice of the Dealer from whom to purchase the Car using the Code, and collect the consent to the transmission of such data to the FCA for the sole purpose of the purchase of the Car at the Dealer so selected.
4.4 The Code, together with the number of the orde r Confirmation, must be submitted to the lessor for the purchase of the Car. The Code can be used only once.
4.5 The Licensee will pay to the Customer the discount mentioned on the Code at the time of purchase of the Welcome Kit, in place of the eventual signing of the contract of purchase of the Car.
4.6 If at the time of use of the Code were applicable the terms of purchase and improvements to the configuration selected by the Customer, the Dealer will recognize the same the better offer by presenting the Code (more favourable Conditions).
4.7 The Initiative provides that the price of the Car is indicated in the Code does not include the IPT (tax provincial of the transcription), or other services that are not mandatory and can be purchased directly at the Dealer.

5. GENERAL terms and conditions
5.1 The participation in the Initiative involves the acceptance of any part of these terms and Conditions without any reserve.
