Microsoft Announces Sale of applying MixRadio in Line, which goes to the ownership of the app for streaming music present on Windows Phone handsets.
The deal, whose financial details remain unknown, will end at the beginning of 2015.
By buying MixRadio, Line wants to offer more than its main competitor WeChat, with both that currently offer a range of functions such as payments, games and e-commerce.
Line is not in competition with WhatsApp, as well as it is not WeChat, since the properties of app Facebook is less, by number feature, for both, but the number of users exceeds – WhatsApp currently remains a service chat and nothing else (although soon allow you to make calls).
Microsoft had purchased MixRadio from Nokia, as part of the acquisition of the business of the Finnish Devices and Services, and will remain available to users in 31 countries where it is present.
