The data protection commissioner has imposed on Google for ‘stakes’ about the shoot tourist: the purpose is the protection of privacy.
Google will be from now on, for example, information provider prior and shield faces and plates. The requirement is contained in the measure n. 555 of 4 December 2014, adopted by the protection commissioner .
Big G will thus take several precautions in service ‘Google Special Collects’, ie one that disseminates photos of parks, museums, beaches and archaeological sites. Google will have to ensure the privacy of passers-by, tourists and visitors to museums and parks, supply in advance the start of the shoot and provide information on ‘trekkers’, ie those carrying equipment.
Google announced that in museums and Restricted sites will be made recordings only when closed to the public. In open spaces, such as natural areas and beaches, however, Big G will choose times when usually it is unlikely to find passersby and tourists.
