As every year at this time, Google tells curiosity and interest of the Italians, the result of extensive research on its engine type in the 12 months since. Current events, holiday destinations, characters but also the meanings of unknown words, and much more.
If last year many of our interests, concerns and curiosity revolved around the world of politics and its characters, 2014 has instead been the year of the celebration of the sport, with the World Cup on the top list of words emerging popular Google in Italy. Technology, with the iPhone 6, and characters, Robin Williams, as always remain subjects of great interest, together with the great news stories and current events, the first of the spread of the Ebola disease.
The Italians seeking on Google do typing individual words or formulating whole sentences, to express doubts or questions in search of an answer on the Web. And so in the first place of the special ranking of “why” we find: why are cockroaches, followed by Pepa because (the star of the television series The Secret ) and dies because it says leaflet.
The ranking of how to make us back instead to numerous concrete interests such as making barbecue, how to make the donuts and how to make the refill, to name the top three positions.
The holiday mood of the Italian people is most evident with the research of the ideal destinations to spend a few days in relaxation on the podium there are Gozo, an island situated 4 km from Malta, Sochi in Russia and, in Italy, Pesaro . Not only desire to escape but also to try their hand in the kitchen: between the culinary specialties of which Italians have tried the recipes are the chatter, piadina and damselfish.
On Google also tries to understand the meaning of some words, like: Selfie, pv, nfc and giargiana, but also to find out about events and names from the entertainment world: first in the category ‘Characters ‘we find Robin Williams, second position for Michael Schumacher and, on the third step of the podium, ranks Giorgio Faletti.
