The iPhone 7 is released on the Italian market for more than a month ago, even if many of those who have chosen to preordinarlo in coloring the new and most coveted, Jet Black, are receiving these days. Waiting certainly justified, for those who are strongly endowed with patience, by the objective beauty of the device is glossy black (the version 7 of the aesthetics of this case is better than the 7 Plus), but that, considering the average life of a mobile phone today, is expensive depriving the owners of the new jewel Apple for a precious month. Valuable because a month is just the time it takes to familiarize yourself with your new device and being able to appreciate the differences with the pre decessors. Without considering all the time that the holders of the “all black” of Cupertino will Polish it and check that it is not scratched. But this is another story.

This is because in fact, on an aesthetic level, the body is very similar. And yet, perhaps for the first time, many of the fundamental differences of the new iPhone are in those details and soon you notice when he takes in hand one: the rear camera double in the case of the 7 Plus, the absence of the jack and the home button. Details precisely, but, day after day, change the experience.
let’s Start with the jack socket. That it was the choice of Cupertino, the absolute most controversial and contested of recent times. Without entering into the merit whether it is right or not steal humanity with a technology that exists from the years ’50 (also yes), it is to say that Apple in this case has been honest with the consumers. In the packaging of the iPhone are the supplied earphones to the socket Lightning, then from the moment you activate the smartphone for the first time, you have headphones to listen to your favorite music. Nothing to say then, considering that when Apple replaced the old dock connector of the iPhone 4s with the Lightning iPhone 5 neutralized in one fell swoop all the accessories imaginable, by not putting in the packaging of the new smartphone, no adapter. In fact, buying one was also quite expensive, and this costs less than 10 euro. Yet, prepare yourself mentally, because the inauspicious day will come. The day will come when you will take a mad desire to listen to music from your iPhone and ask the loan of a headset to a colleague of yours, as you have done dozens of times. But this time, that cable will not come. And you will be left speechless with the headphones on hand to look at that jack 3.5 mm while the middle office will laugh at you. Well, when it happens, you will not give her to him won: know that you are paying the price of progress. And then, while you’re at it, take the opportunity to shoot the music volume directly from the speakers of the iPhone 7, which are located at both the top and bottom of the device, creating at last a stereo effect can be said to be such, and that will not force you never to use the hand to the spoon as sounding improvised, type tenor singing sardinian. You will see the situation turn in your favor. Or however, much will depend on the music that you will be.
The second real new element is discovered as soon as it performs the most common action with an iPhone. No, not clicking a selfie in the bathroom, the one that still has the previous one: press the Home button. Here the surprise is authentic, because the Home button is not a button, or at least not in the physical sense of the term. To make the iPhone 7 waterproof, and to eliminate as many possible “weak points”, the company from Cupertino has come up with a somewhat elegant, replacing the Home button with a touch surface, the pressure refers to a so-called “haptic feedback” (a vibration) that gives the impression of having actually pressed something. And he succeeds so well that at the beginning you don’t realize that nothing is actually pressed. But those who live in colder Countries of our if you noticed it right, because if you wear a pair of gloves, or try to press the fake button with any object, nothing will happen: the touch system has, in fac t, need contact with skin to work. On the other hand, however, this innovation solves the other two problems, and certainly not by a little: undo accidental (maybe in bag) which ended up to turn on the screen continuously, and, above all, greatly reduces the chances that the key will break or the joints.
But it does not end here. Unlocking the screen with the new Home button fitted, as for the previous models of the iPhone, a fingerprint reader, a reactivity really surprising, leads finally to the screen of the app. Here soon we realize that the “button-not the button” is not the only thing that releases the haptic feedback, but now even the menu drop-down, the adjustment of the clock and the alarm clock, the settings, everything gives us the sensation of immense pleasure to touch, work in a mechanical fashion with small vibrations. Now really do not seem to simply move your fingers on a piece of glass, but to use a complex mechanism. An emotion all analog, most digital could not be. Beautiful.
Finally we come to that, at least according to me, innovation is really the most worthy of note is that the iPhone 7 and its bigger brother the iPhone 7 Plus: the camera. It is really innovation that can make the difference, even compared to its competitors. In the iPhone 7 has been introduced in optical image stabilizer, which, translated in a more down-to-earth, means that not only the photos of the day (already considerable in the 6s), but now even those taken at night or in adverse lighting conditions give great satisfaction. A satisfaction that even the lazy can try it, saw that in order to have a balance of brightness satisfactory just to rely on the automatic setting. Not to mention the real treat, reserved but only to owners of version extra-large smartphone, the 7 Plus optical zoom. Explaining it here in other words, you can zoom in up to 2x, maintaining the resolution of the image virtually unchanged. From 2x to 10x switching to digital zoom, which then tends to peel.
Apple Watch Series 2. Along with the new iPhone we got to try the Apple Watch-Series 2, the new version of the clock smart of Apple. Here, the experience of use does not change very much, if it were not for the fact that the new Watch allows you to change the dials much faster, and that among these there are some that will literally wow the fans and the nostalgic Walt Disney cartoon (and then probably 99 percent of the abundant of the world’s population). Among the possible backdrops there are in fact the ones with Mickey and Minnie, both black and white and Technicolor, and by touching the screen the characters will tell us that now is with the original voices. Wait until you try it, before saying that it is stupid. And, for the guys listening, you should know that on a sample of 10 women, at least 8 remain at least intenerite from all of this. A word to the wise.
The new Watch is fitted with gps, and then follows you in your daily sessions of jogging, drawing with the support of the app that favorite (Runtastic, for example) your route on a map. For the more daring, the watch can also act as guide during the trekking, by sending alerts when you are leaving a trail to avoid getting lost. While for the most stressed out, there is the new function of “Breathing”, that at regular intervals during the day invites you in a very effective way to focus and concentrate, and inhale and exhale deeply for a minute.
But then there is mostly a novelty, the fundamental: the watch resists water. Not like the iPhone 7, which if accidentally dropped in the sink nothing happens, but if you splash into the water in the swimming pool scordandovi to have it in your pocket are pain (withstands up to a depth of one meter for up to 30 minutes). But just like the dive watches of the past: it can dive to a maximum depth of 50 meters and is particularly recommended for swimmers, since that also works as a wristband fitness that keeps track of the distance traveled, and measure the heartbeat.
