In Italy there is no shortage as tools for ‘ Innovation, indeed, we are the European country with more online services for the public administration, nor the awareness that access to the Internet is crucial to the economic and social development (51%), what is lacking is the habit of using the internet to services. A research carried out by SWG on access to the Internet, online services and digital skills of Pa, presented last Saturday at the Italian Digital Day, the Royal Palace of Venaria.
If the 51% of respondents, on a sample of two thousand people contacted between 9 and 11 November, considers it essential to Internet, and 44% of its access right as electricity and gas, it is also true that 41% feel they have the necessary skills, 35% would like to learn more, and 14% feel inadequate.
