The challenge of wearable technology can be said to have truly arrived. To smartwatch joined also the most feared competitors: the Apple of Cupertino. Watch Apple came out on the market about two years later than the first smart watches. The list includes those of Samsung, Sony, LG, Motorola, Asus, Huawei and others, such as young Pebble. The company of Tim Cook has chosen to enter the arena quietly, gradually postponing the release of new devices. Eventually, through a reservation system, he has released his watch in many different variants of dimensions and straps. But Apple Watch can justify two years of waiting and exorbitant prices (ranging from 419 to 18,400 euro)? The first answer might be that, given its characteristics, it was worth waiting for, as it is probably the best on the market. The price however is decidedly high, considering that it is a device which have to be joined to another, equally expensive, that is, the iPhone (from 5 up).
