WhatsApp, Android called Android – Computer Point

Rome – The long period of experimentation seems to have concluded, one year after the first promise of integration of voice calls, the instant messaging service seems to have enabled calls for all users of Android.

No advertisement for the advent of the new feature, any reference in the relevant page on the Play Store: Users of the latest version of WhatsApp (the 2:12:19, released March 14, 2015), but also users of previous versions, however, have witnessed the appearance of the tab “calls” and the icon in the interface of the app.

There seems therefore no longer necessary to resort to unofficial solutions to unlock the function, or be groped by proposals scams: function dedicated to voice calls is being released for all Android users.

Users of other platforms will have to wait. With regard to iOS circulated already screenshots and solutions to experience the function of terminals with jailbreak: co-founder Brian Acton WhatsApp, during the F8 conference for developers of Facebook, said that will be needed still “a few weeks” before integration of voice calls in the app iOs.
