Among the main new features stand out the advanced features for document collaboration using cloud computing services.
Now that Windows 10 is being distributed Microsoft knows that people expect a new version of Office, and, apparently, the debut of this is close.
The latest rumors, reported by the German website WinFuture, indicate it on September 22 as the day that will be launched Office 2016 for Windows, and the version for Mac OS X has already made its appearance last July .
The new Office 2016 should not be striking: there will be a new dark interface and will debut new features for collaboration on the same document (the so-called co-authoring ) , using the Microsoft cloud services for the management and synchronization of actions by individual authors.
Each application will then specific improvements, but it all fits within the fold of the normal evolution of the software, without major jumps compared to Office 2013: Word, for example, will have the tab Design managing rapid document structure and the appearance of elements such as layout and color; PowerPoint will offer new commands for handling animations; Excel will have a new command Pivot Table to filter the data.
poice even the launch date is not official yet, it can be expected that the prices are. However, sources within Microsoft cited by WinFuture say that Office 2016 Home & amp; Student should cost around 140 €, while the edition of Home & amp; Business should reach EUR 240.
