Google and the apocalypse of the new algorithm Mobile – Computer Point

Rome – At this time Google is starting to prepare a major change to the algorithms of the Search Web service, a change already announced for months and that should lead to a change in the results of individual searches when performed by mobile terminals.

In what has already been classified as a potential “apocalypse mobile”, in fact, Google Search will be calibrated to penalize the ranking of sites not optimized for use on smartphones, tablets and company: the pages difficult to read , or with a user experience unable to adapt to the needs of mobile gadgets, will be destined to fall significantly in the search results of users.

Google had announced changes to the algorithms of search well in advance to allow webmasters to prepare in time, and has long been available an online tool with which to check the compatibility of a Web site with mobile devices.

There is therefore no time to take precautions in view of what has been defined “Mobilegeddon”, but the sites of local business – they do more and more rely on the results of research to acquire new potential customers, which in turn navigate increasingly on the mobile – run the risk of incurring more adversely affected by a drastic reduction traffic.

Changes to the algorithms of Google Search (on mobile) are also important in terms of advertising, a sector where even the big names (and Google itself) always suffer the difficulty of adapting the main business of the Web screens Gadget iOS, Android and company.
