Most of the students do not surrender to text messages with your smartphone even in ‘extreme’ as in church, while showering or during sex. This was stated by a study at Penn State Harrisburg University published in the journal Social Science Journal.
The researchers interviewed a sample of students aged average just under 20 years and 60% are women with a questionnaire 70 questions in which, among other things, the participants were asked whether they had ever sent or read messages in 33 potentially inappropriate situations. The response has indicated that over a third of the students say they receive and send over 100 messages per day, and to control the phone 16 times per hour. 90% said they messaggiato while eating, while 80% was in the bathroom, 70% to the cinema and 75% at work or during a lesson. Lower, but still significant, the percentages of messaggiatori ‘extreme’. The 7% admit to having done so during sex, while 20% had a religious function, and 10% at a funeral.
” People send messages in these situations even though they know that it is not the right thing to do – said Marissa Harrison, lead author of the research – for example, the majority of respondents say that it is wrong to send messages while talking to someone, but then it does the same ”.
