HMD Global has recently unveiled the Nokia 6, a mid-range smartphone designed for the chinese market. The Finnish manufacturer has informed users with a post on Facebook that will announce other Android devices, the February 26. The place was not disclosed, but almost certainly the event will be held at the Mobile World Congress 2017 in Barcelona.
The Nokia 6 is the first smartphone born as a result of the agreement signed with HMD Global. The latter encompasses the design, creation and distribution of the products, while Nokia will receive royalties for every device sold with the historic brand. Instead of focusing on the hardware specifications, the company has decided to offer a smartphone with high build quality, using the aluminum 6000 series for the frame and advanced production techniques. It is likely that the top model will be announced during the event in Spanish, but at the moment there are no confirmations.
In the post on Facebook is used the terms "ad", then it is expected the debut of several smartphones. By the end of the year should arrive on the market at least six or seven models.
