The founder of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, is being investigated by the judiciary for the German failure to remove content deemed "criminal" and "negations of the jewish genocide". For the first time in Germany the judges have decided to open an investigation on the head of the giant california. To reveal it is the site of the weekly Der Spiegel stating that the investigation is conducted by the power of Attorney Munich against, among others, the chief operating officer of the social network, Sheryl Sandberg, and the chief lobbyist for Europe, Richard Allan.
The investigation was triggered by the complaint of a lawyer of Wuerzburg, Chan-jo Jun, which accuses Facebook of having omitted to remove the "incitement to murder, threats of violence, denial of the holocaust and other crimes" even though they had been duly reported. At the beginning of the year, a complaint similar to the power of Attorney of Hamburg had remained without consequences for lacking jurisdiction and investigations against German managers were archived, recalls the site of Der Spiegel.
