The first Samsung smartphone with the 6 GB RAM should be the Galaxy C9 Pro, appeared on the site of a dealer of the chinese before the official announcement that will happen in the coming hours. The debut in China of the new mobile device might be the chance to regain a bit of lost reputation with the well-known story of the Galaxy Note 7. Samsung had in fact declared that the phablet distributed in the asian country were not defective.
The Galaxy C9 Pro has an aluminum chassis and a Super AMOLED screen of 6 inch with a resolution of full HD (1920×1080 pixels). Some images appeared on social network Weibo shows the new design of the antennas. Instead of a single line that crosses horizontally the back cover (top and bottom), Samsung has entered the three fine lines that have the same color of the frame. The hardware includes a processor octa-core Snapdragon 653, joined by 6 GB RAM and 64 GB of flash memory.
For the two cameras were chosen the same sensors with a resolution of 16 megapixels and a lens with an aperture of f/1.9. The connectivity is guaranteed by the modules, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and LTE. The battery has a capacity of 4,000 mAh. The smartphone can be used to make payments with Samsung Pay, taking advantage of the NFC chip that is integrated or the most popular technology MST (Magnetic Secure Transmission). There is also audio jack 3.5 mm, the USB Type-C and the fingerprint reader.
The operating system installed is Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. The Galaxy C9 Pro has, therefore, to specifications similar to those of the recent Oppo R9s Plus, but the price is slightly lower: 3.199 yuan against 3.499 yuan. Unlikely this smartphone will be released from the confines of china.
