The effect Greece scares Italians? Hard to say for sure. Easier to say, however, that the subject is enjoying huge interest. The key search engine used in Italy last week, according to figures provided by Big G, it is “Greece and the eurozone”, with high peaks touched yesterday. Numbers certainly dictated by the press and by the referendum last Sunday. But it is clear that many Italians try to Google the possibility of a Greek exit from the Euro and especially the consequences for Italy this choice might have.
The surprise of the day, however, it is another. Just a few hours ago Google released on the traditional “trends” summer, providing the rankings of major research done in Italy over the summer. And the most sought after destination of Italians are just Greece. Despite the crisis and the fear of exit from the Euro, the Hellenic country (and its islands) it is highly popular among Italians who use Google, stravincendo ranking “holidays more try.” Follow: Puglia, Croatia, Sardinia, Sicily, Liguria, Albania, Trentino, Tuscany and Corsica.
