The New Horizons spacecraft has taken pictures of Pluto is powered by the same processor of the first Playstation launched in the nineties. The surprising news was spread by The Verge : According to technology site, NASA has used the ‘CPU MIPS R3000′ one mounted on original console from Sony and that has made ‘turn’ popular games such as Final Fantasy.
