The X1D also offers the possibility of making movies in HD (1920 x 1080) format, offers a dynamic range of 14 bits and ISO sensitivity from 100 to 25600, Wi-Fi and integrated GPS. Hasselblad for this machine has created a new line of lenses called XCD incorporating focal plane shutter (shutter speeds from 60 minutes to 1/2000 second, with flash sync at all times) with a view of 45 mm and a 90 mm already available. The new camera can however also be mounted one of the Hasselblad H-system lenses. This model will be available to the public from the end of July this year, with a sale price of 7900 EUR excluding VAT. Hasselblad plans to focus a lot on which the X1D system is the main component and, as announced by the same Oosting, “will present innovations already at the next Photokina”, the Cologne trade fair dedicated to the world of photography.
