(ANSA) – MILAN, 11 DEC – Only 15 fines on nearly 800 vehicles checked on the day of the partial block of the traffic in Milan. He says, in a note, the Town of Milan, specifying what is reported (in relation to the Eu ro 3 without Diesel particulate filter) in the morning by the Local Police. “In particular,” it is expected the stop to the vehicles with Euro 0 petrol Euro 0, 1 and 2, diesel also in the days of Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 7.30 a.m. to 19.30. Passenger cars Euro 3 diesel without particle filter may not be able to circulate in urban areas from 9.00 to 17.00, while the commercial vehicles Euro 3 diesel engines without a particulate filter will be blocked from 7.30 to 9.30. Is introduced the limit at 19° C (with a tolerance of 2° C) for average temperatures in the houses and in the shops; they may not be used in domestic systems fed with biomass below the class 3 star according to the environmental classification identified by the Region of Lombardy; it is forbidden any type of open burning. The measures will be suspended after two consecutive days below the limit of 50 ág/mü, with the acquisition of the detection official the third day, and the consequen t effectiveness of the fourth.”
