Impossible I-1: Polaroid defying smartphones – Leonardo.it

Impossible is the company that acquired Polaroid and its latest factories, and she will be to take care to bring back the much popular instant camera in Italy.

We are talking about Impossible l-1 , new analog camera instantly developed for the original file format Polaroid. The device will be available by the end of the month at a price of 299 € , while the film will cost 20 € .

Of course, the design of the Impossible -1 is vintage , and reminds the line of a phone ’900. The operation is very simple and straightforward, but the camera has an autofocus system, advanced ring flash and self-timer mode. Regarding the ring flash, it is a very advanced technology, with 8 LEDs which convey the light into a single beam, while 4 more diffusion LEDs complement the lighting system.

Available also a light meter and flow, which calculates the amount of light and infrared light present in the environment; and two infrared emitters that produce light to allow the camera to better calculate the distance and focus.

A vintage product but a son of his generation: Impossible l-1, in fact, has a Auto viewer removable mechanic with bluetooth 4.0 technology to connect to app for iOS and WatchOS and leveraging technologies like remot control, timer, acoustic control, dual-function display and shutter totally manual control. The shell is made of polycarbonate and ABS plastic, rubber coated soft touch, 440 grams weight, optical system with 5 configurations and 82-109mm focal length, autofocus 5-zone.
