More than 600 stands, 65 countries represented and over 700 inventions from around the world. These are the main numbers of the Maker Faire 2015, held in Rome from 16 to 18 October. A true citadel of innovation, between training and enterprise, promoted by the Chamber of Commerce and organized by Asset Room.
The Fair was born as a meeting and exhibition, time for discussion, to harnessing knowledge and expertise, creating opportunities for growth and, perhaps, work.
For this edition, the third, off to fashion and design, with clothing and jewelry 3D printed music, bicycles and intelligent baskets able to manage the collection. And again, the lamp that teaches the language, the interactive mirror for news and social media, the cap that track food storage or kits to make vinegar.
Rich program that will attract some of the most interesting innovators in the international arena even before the official opening of the fair, in a sort of countdown to the event.
On September 25, it will inaugurate the exhibition “Science lights.” On 9 and 10 October, the event will be at Macro for The Big Hack for new apps designed for the Jubilee. A reflection will be subject to the same city, at the conference “Made in Rome, how to remake the eternal city”, on October 15 at the Trajan Markets.
