Samsung unveils Galaxy Alpha, a rival of the iPhone 6

After months of rumors, Samsung removes the veil from Galaxy Alpha , the first of a new family of Galaxy with metal chassis. The device has 4.7-inch screen, just like the smaller of the two new iPhone that Apple will unveil 6 September 9th, LTE connectivity and a fingerprint reader. The smartphone, often 6.7 mm for 115 grams of weight, focuses on aesthetics. Will arrive on the shelves of 150 countries in September, at a recommended retail price of 599 euro.

Samsung announces the product as “the design evolution of the Galaxy,” for a smartphone that focuses on ‘elegant appearance and compact construction. ” Among other features of the device that will be offered in white, black, blue, gold and silver, 12-megapixel camera, eight-core Exynos processor, 32 GB of memory expandable via SD cards, Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth and NFC (Near field communication).
