A report the news are two sources rather reliable: The Information, which speaks of a deal near the end, and The Wall Street Journal, which quantifies the amount of the transaction in more than a billion dollars. If the news turns out to be well founded, it would be likely the arrival of an official announcement shortly confirming the acquisition.
