Impossible I-1: The new Polaroid enemy of smartphones – Blasting News

When you hear the term Polaroid , all or most of us know what it’s about: instant camera from the subtle taste vintage able to get photos in a relatively short as a result of a shutter . Out of the market for many years, following the rise of digital cameras before and smartphones then, for at least fifteen years, the name Polaroid has taken on the special aura of the object vintage . Yet the time seems ripe for a comeback: the location is Milan to mark the rebirth of Polaroid era of smartphones. It’s called Impossible I-1 , the new and only analog camera instantly developed. It is a product that, beyond the name and the history that surrounds the famous brand exhibition to incorporate modern technology, appearance and aesthetics far from retro flavor. Work on the comeback began in 2008, when some former employees of Polaroid took over the last company’s plant in the Netherlands.

The new product Polaroid, the Impossible L-1, is expected to enter into Italian market during the month of May 2016 (at a cost that is around 300 euro), and undermine smartphones, more and more powerful and efficient in its media, specifically from the point of view the photographic industry (recall the cameras of the new Samsung S7 and the new Huawei P9). The design is reminiscent of the old Polaroid machines, obviously more compact and modern in both the aesthetic lines and materials. Also works with cartridges, available in black and white or in color (just to give the figures, the package costs € 34 for 2 cartridges while that for a single cartridge costs 18 euro). On the front side there is a crown made up of 12 LEDs, including 8 for the flash function and 4 for diffuse lighting. Equipped with Bluetooth viewer, which allows you to integrate with iOS and Apple Watch to manage a series of commands (remote management, timer, focal aperture and exposure time).
