It is Telecom Italy, Infocert and Poste. The presence of the company led by Francesco Caio, one of the architects of the “Spid”, born when the current number one of Poste clothed into the shoes of Mr. Digital Agenda, should be a guarantee at least a strong commitment on the instrument’s spread. Poste, for example, could use, and is likely to do so, not only its network of branches to distribute Pin, but also the postmen that could work at home. To encourage citizens to adopt the “Spid” for the first two years, the service will be free. Only the third year they might be called upon to pay a fee, but this will also depend on trade policies that will decide the distributors. The second fundamental element for the success of the initiative, will be the use that you will make the single Pin. More will be services that will give access, the greater the incentive for citizens to use it. For the moment there are approximately 300 online services provided by public administrations as INPS, INAIL, the Revenue Agency, as well as six regions (Piedmont, Emilia Romagna, Tuscany, Liguria, Marche, Friuli Venezia Giulia) and City of Florence. A first group of institutions that should take the lead, at least in the intentions of the government, an operation that should bring all the online services of Pa within 24 months (by the end of 2017).
