A court of second instance in Brazil, Xavier de Souza ordered the mobile operators to immediately restore the service WhatsApp which had been locked from midnight Wednesday across the country by order of a criminal court of the city of Sao Bernardo do Campo, a town on the outskirts of Sao Paulo.
