12:56 – From participation in the March for the Climate , at the opening of Cop21, to ‘ occupation of an oil rig in the Arctic, through the Aegean rescue of migrants into Europe . Are some of the most significant actions carried out by Greenpeace in 2015 and told in a series of photographs spread on the Net. A sort of “celebration” of an important year for all the global environmental movement , active against pollution and climate change.

For activists 2015 represents a turning point, even though the text adopted in Paris – they say – was “watered down” by the fossil fuel lobby and contains several points weak. The year was also characterized by a number of actions to protection of remaining forests on Earth , decimated by savage deforestation and trafficking of illegal wood, fires and the expansion of industrial monocultures.

Among other initiatives, stand shipments peaks remote to ask the textile industry to stop using pollutants such as Pfc. Worthy of note are the movements for a more sustainable agriculture and protection of the seas, threatened by the advance of offshore drilling, climate change or ravaged by overfishing and destructive.
