Bigger and faster. Samsung plays in advance of Apple’s revealing to the world the latest news on the smartphone and electronic payments. At an event in New York on the South Korean technology giant he has lifted the veil on the new phablet Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and Note 5. These two smartphones large substantially similar to performance. But while the notes have a pen, the Edge Plus has bends that allow quick links to applications. Both have a 5.7-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2.560×1.440 pixels. The processor will be the new 8-core Exynos, while the RAM is 4GB of Ram. The battery of 3000 Ah, Samsung promises will last all day. Another important new feature is the Samsung Pay, the payment system via mobile phone that complements those already experienced by Apple and Google. But while Apple and Android Pay Pay rely exclusively on Near Field Communication technology, Samsung will use a system called “Secure Magnetic Transmission” that allows mobile phones to “communicate” with the magnetic stripe readers spread across terminals worldwide. Pay Samsung will also support NFC.
