LinkedIn has redone the look by introducing a design that finally brings the social network dedicated to the professionals in the 21st century. Finally, the navigation within the platform is very simple and intuitive. Now there are seven sections to navigate LinkedIn: Home, messaging, job, notifications, profile, my network, and search. In the main body there is a News Feed, which now closely resembles a lot of Facebook.
The posts that are shown are chosen thanks to a joint work of an algorithm, and a team human and you can unfollow and hide posts easily just as in the largest social network on the network. LinkedIn has worked hard to improve its search interface so that it is easier to find jobs, people, companies, and other elements of the social network. Perhaps the biggest change is the new interface of instant messaging that is always available at the bottom of each page. A service that closely resembles that of Messenger built-in Facebook.com.
the Chat that will allow people to get in contact with other users, and companies for job search and dialogue with aspiring employees or employers. Overall, this is the largest update to the platform since its launch has been the case since 2003, and this says a lot about the urgent need of a makeover. The Wall Street Journal points out that the development of the new interface was already in progress when Microsoft bought the social network for us $ 26 billion.
This means that they are still missing all those features announced, concerning the integration of some services of the house of Redmond. Features that will come later even if no precise date is available. The new LinkedIn is already available for the American users. In Italy is not arrived yet, but the rollout should not take too much time.
