iPhone has lost the first position in China – Want …

Signs of a slowdown, for the line iPhone in China. After years of being at the top of the preferences of the consumers in the asian nation, in particular, from 2012 to 2015, in the course of the last year, Cupertino has had to leave the position of the other of the podium at a local manufacturer: Oppo. The smartphone weblog bitten apple you the ranking and then the second, but the reduction in sales is not particularly alarming.

Although the chinese market has always been full of the most diverse smartphone local, almost all interpreted according to the Android operating system, iPhone has always aroused great interest among consumers. So much so that, from 2012 onwards, the device of Cupertino is ever confirmed as the most sold on an annual basis. Yet in the course of 2016, something has changed, since it was the flagship of a local producer, the one most able to attract the attention of buyers:Oppo R9. With 17 million units sold, equal to 4% of the market share, the smartphone has wrought iPhone 6S, without the 12 million unit and 2% of the market.

As already mentioned, however, this is not a alarming to the bitten apple, because the second position and the sales figures are anything but disturbing. The Cupertino company may not, however, resting on our laurels, not at least according to the analysts, the smartphone market in China, in fact, is considered to be "vulnerable" for foreign operators, also in relation to the figures for global sales of the 2016. They were well 465 million units sold, an increase of 6% on an annual basis.

there are Many reasons for the brake of Apple in the Country, whether related to the price of the devices, the less economic offer as compared to the native, that of the competition. Chinese consumers, in fact, it seems to have taken to reward the domestic producers, perhaps the most immediate ease of access to products, services, and support: in addition to the Oppo, in fact, emerging manufacturers such as the Huawei and Xiaomi. The fates of these two companies, are, however, different: while the first registered a significant growth of 21 percentage points, for the second there is a decline. The greater performance time is, however, conquered by Vivo, with an increase of 78% on an annual basis. Last but not least, useful to remark that the generation principal of 2016 has been that of iPhone 6s, an upgrade that usually attracts fewer consumers, while iPhone 7 will have to wait for the data for the current year.
